By accessing, browsing or using the Perya 777 platform at perya777.com ("the Platform"), registering an account, or placing any wager or participating in any game, promotion or event offered by Perya 777, you ("the Member" or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perya 777. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any published update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to and use of the Perya 777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the Platform.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period imposed by Perya 777 or any other gaming platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are not using the Platform for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from Perya 777.

Perya 777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend and close accounts where eligibility requirements are not fully satisfied, or where there is reasonable suspicion that eligibility requirements have been misrepresented.

To access the full range of Perya 777 services, you must register a member account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Perya 777 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

• You must choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• You must never share your account credentials with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Perya 777 support immediately.

Perya 777 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence or UMID) and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is successfully completed.

All transactions on the Perya 777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Perya 777 does not accept or process deposits in foreign currencies, and members are not required to perform any currency conversion to fund their accounts.

Perya 777 currently accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash – deposits typically reflect in your Perya 777 account balance within minutes of a successful GCash transaction.
• Maya – deposits via Maya follow the same near-instant processing standard.
• Philippine Bank Transfer – transfers from any major Philippine bank are accepted; processing times may vary depending on the bank and time of day.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Deposit page and are subject to change. Perya 777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside Perya 777's control.

Deposited funds are intended for use on the Perya 777 Platform only. Members must not attempt to deposit funds on behalf of another person, or use payment methods that do not belong to them. Perya 777 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

Perya 777 members may request withdrawals of their available PHP balance to the same payment channel used for their most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out below. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) with no currency conversion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Only the available balance — meaning funds not currently subject to active bonus wagering requirements — may be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published on the Withdrawal page. VIP members enjoy higher limits in accordance with their tier.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Philippine bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times.
• Perya 777 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the member.

Perya 777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. This is a security measure designed to protect members from unauthorised withdrawals.

Perya 777 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible Filipino members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bingo cards, esports cashback and seasonal offers tied to Philippine events and holidays. All bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Perya 777 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Perya 777 members only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by members who are under self-exclusion or cooling-off periods.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any time.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the time of crediting. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that remain at expiry will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed outside of the wagering process.

Perya 777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and to disqualify members from promotions where abuse, collusion or violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected. All bonus decisions made by Perya 777 are final.

All games offered on the Perya 777 Platform — including bingo and esports — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules will prevail in relation to the game in question.

By participating in any game on the Perya 777 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine and, where applicable, live event results. Perya 777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bingo draws are conducted fairly and the results are final once a round is completed. Queries regarding bingo results must be submitted within 24 hours of the draw.
• Esports wagers are settled based on the official results published by the relevant tournament organiser. In the event of a postponement, cancellation or result reversal by the organiser, Perya 777's esports settlement rules (published on the Esports page) will apply.
• Technical issues that interrupt gameplay will be investigated by Perya 777. Where a technical error is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, affected wagers will be settled in a fair and reasonable manner at Perya 777's discretion.

Members must not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software or bots, or engage in any other method that confers an unfair advantage. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Perya 777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to operate an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any non-human access method to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other members to exploit games, bonuses or promotions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Perya 777 staff or other members via any channel.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions in a manner that violates the stated terms of those offers.

Perya 777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino members. The Platform is designed exclusively for adults aged 21 and above, and is intended as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a financial solution.

Perya 777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PHP deposit limits to keep your spending within your personal budget.

• Perya 777 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
